Review: How to Plan an Orgy in a Small Town
The Canadian comedy How to Plan an Orgy in a Small Town is a romp as funny as the title suggests. The film stars several favorite actors of mine. It’s funny and poignant at the same time.

Orphan Black brings Krystal (Tatiana Maslany) back for episode 6 “Manacled Slim Wrists.” She’s hilarious, steals every scene she’s anywhere near, and learns some helpful info. The rest of the episode is less humorous and more inflammatory.
Episode 5 of Orphan Black is “Ease for Idle Millionaires.” There’s lots of crazy science this week. We spend our time with Cosima and Sarah. This is a recap. There are spoilers.
Orphan Black episode 4 “Let the Children and the Childbearers Toil” ties us back to some older story lines while Mrs. S (Maria Doyle Kennedy) and Sarah (Tatiana Maslany) madly search for a way to free Kira (Skyler Wexler) from Rachel’s clutches. This is a recap. There will be spoilers.
Orphan Black season 5 begins with “The Few Who Dare.” We’re right where we left off, with Sarah injured on the island, Cosima and Charlotte in the village on the island, Delphine looking after Cosima, Mrs. S and Kira held by Ferdinand, and Rachel thinking she’s conquered the world. Orphan Black’s “The Migration of Competition” is episode 9 of season 4. Some momentous things happen in this episode, which makes me very curious to see what the big season 4 cliffhanger at the end of the next episode will be. There are spoilers ahead.
Orphan Black episode 8 is “The Redesign of Natural Objects,” an episode full of tension, surprises, possible betrayals, danger, and new hope. If you don’t mind holding your breath in fear through an entire episode, then this is the episode for you.
Orphan Black, “The Antisocialism of Sex” explores how each individual responds to losing everything. The last episode of Orphan Black left everyone feeling defeated and hopeless. Each person reacts in character. Beware the spoilers.
Orphan Black’s sixth episode, “The Scandal of Altruism” is an earthquake, a monumental change in direction, a shocking turn of events. Where we go from here is a complete unknown. Spoilers ahead.
