Bad Moms stars Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, and Kathryn Hahn as the bad moms. Other moms in the story are played by Christina Applegate and Jada Pinkett Smith. Normally a cast like this would get me very excited, but my excitement is tempered by the fact that both writers and directors are male (Jon Lucas and Scott Moore).

I can’t tell from the trailers is this is going to be a stupid, raunchy male treatment of overstressed moms, or if it is going to be great. It could be funny. The two fellows I mentioned who shared both writing and directing are responsible for The Hangover.

Here’s the film description: “When three overworked and under-appreciated moms are pushed beyond their limits, they ditch their conventional responsibilities for a jolt of long overdue freedom, fun, and comedic self-indulgence.”

There are two trailers. The G rated one, followed by the red band one. The red band one contains lots of bad language. So, you’ve been informed. Choose your favorite and have a look.
