In the past month or so, I’ve seen several outstanding movies and TV series that are written by or directed by women and that star women in roles where they either hold or take the power. I know I’m forgetting some or haven’t seen everything, so feel free to suggest more in the comments.
Hustlers, worth the wait, worth the watch
Hustlers has been on my ‘watchlist’ for a long time. I didn’t get to see it in a theater and it was never on a streamer that I subscribe to. But now it’s on Hulu, which means I finally got to watch it. It was worth the wait.
