Here at Old Ain’t Dead I made a list of my 2020 favorites among movies and TV for the year. I can’t make a “Best Of” list. I don’t watch everything. I only watch things made by or starring women. Nor do I subscribe to every service. There are many things I miss.
When I contacted Christian Torpe to talk about season 5 of Rita, he said, I wasn’t very involved in season 5. You have to talk to Marie Østerbye. She ran the season. He put me in touch with her and she agreed to answer my questions about season 5 of the Danish hit series, Rita. Here we go!
Rita, season 5, sets the star of this Danish series on a new adventure running a small private school. There are some clever and funny tie-backs to past seasons. Some characters we haven’t seen for a while return. Rita is still herself in all her glory, and fans of the series won’t be disappointed.
